FastFax E-Mail Gateways lets users to send, receive, and manage
fax and email with familiar email software including GroupWise,
Lotus Domino, Microsoft Exchange, and SMTP servers. Unite fax
and email into a single secure, easily managed system for the

solutions, users quickly send and receive faxes from within
their email client. Simply install FastFax and our E-Mail Gateway
software on your email server and you're done.
FastFax E-Mail Gateways are transparent to the user. Sending and receiving
faxes is as simple as sending and receiving email. From their email
interface, users select the recipient, create cover sheet notes, attach
documents (Word, Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, and more), and hit 'send'. FastFax
can send attachments as TIF images or PDF files, or you can choose to
attach files in their native format (e.g. .doc, .xls, .ppt, etc).
If a document needs to be sent to a fax and email recipient simultaneously,
they simply choose both recipients from the address book and E-Mail
Gateway does the rest. |
